Ed Reed Expected To Return Next Season

There was some speculation as to whether or not LB Ray Lewis would return for another season but the same concerns surround Ravens S Ed Reed.

Cornerback Lardarius Webb seemed pretty confident that Reed will not be retiring.

“He’s coming back,” Webb said. He was then asked if Reed had told him that directly. “No, I just know he’s coming back,” conceded Webb.

It’s not the most concrete report but at least there’s some optimism about his chances of returning. Baltimore’s aging defense appears to be willing to make another run at the Super Bowl next year.
