Irwin-Hill, 27, wound up signing on with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of Arkansas back in 2017. He was, unfortunately, waived at the start of the regular season.
Washington signed Irwin-Hill to a contract in 2018 and he had a brief stint on the Falcons’ practice squad last year. Atlanta re-signed him this past February.
During his college career at Arkansas, Irwin-Hill totaled 4,365 punt yards on 104 attempts (42 YPA) over the course of two seasons and 25 games.
