Falcons Sign P Sam Irwin-Hill

The Atlanta Falcons announced Friday that they have agreed to terms with P Sam Irwin-Hill on a one-year contract worth the minimum.

Irwin-Hill, 27, wound up signing on with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of Arkansas back in 2017. He was, unfortunately, waived at the start of the regular season.

Washington signed Irwin-Hill to a contract in 2018 and he had a brief stint on the Falcons’ practice squad last year. 

During his college career at Arkansas, Irwin-Hill totaled 4,365 punt yards on 104 attempts (42 YPA) over the course of two seasons and 25 games.
