Falcons Sign Third-Round G Jalen Mayfield, Four Additional Draft Picks

The Atlanta Falcons have signed third-round G Jalen Mayfield to a rookie deal, the team announced. 

The Falcons announce they have signed five members of their draft class.

OL Jalen Mayfield, DL Ta'Quon Graham, OLB Adetokunbo Ogundeji, CB Avery Williams and WR Frank Darby have all inked their rookie contracts

That’s in addition to four other members of their rookie class, whose signings have trickled in throughout today.

Mayfield, 21, was a two-year starter at Michigan and was an honorable mention Big Ten in 2019.

Mayfield is expected to sign a four-year deal worth $5,208,009 that also includes a signing bonus of $1,147,643. 

During his college career at Michigan, Mayfield appeared in 18 games, starting 15 of them at right tackle.
