The Atlanta Falcons officially waived RB Jeremy Langford from injured reserve on Tuesday.
Langford, 26, was taken with the No. 106 overall pick in the fourth round of the 2017 NFL draft by the Bears. He was in the second year of his four-year, $3.139 million rookie contract when the Bears cut him loose coming out of the preseason.
Langford had brief stints with the Ravens, Jets and Dolphins before signing on to the Falcons’ practice squad. Atlanta waived him with an injury designation and he later reverted to their injured reserve list back in May.
In 2018, Langford appeared in one game and totaled nine rushing attempts for 25 yards (2.8 YPC) and no touchdowns.
