According to Ryan O’Halloran, the Jaguars will pick up the 2018 contract options for TE Marcedes Lewis, OT Josh Wells and OL Tyler Shatley.
Lewis, 33, is a former first-round pick of the Jaguars back in 2006. He has played all 12 years of his NFL career with the Jaguars.
Lewis is in the final year three-year, $12 million contract that included $5 million guaranteed and stands to make abase salary of $3.5 million for the 2018 season. His option is worth $250,000.
In 2017, Lewis appeared in all 16 games for the Jaguars and caught 24 passes for 318 yards receiving and five touchdowns.
