Jaguars Sign Second-Round WR D.J. Chark

The Jacksonville Jaguars announced Friday that they’ve signed LSU WR D.J. Chark to a four-year rookie contract.

The Jaguars have now signed all but one of their seven draft picks including:

Chark, 21, was taken with the No. 61 overall pick in the second round this year’s NFL Draft by the Jaguars. According to OverTheCap.com, he receives a $4,447,230 contract that includes a $1,314,348 signing bonus.

During his three-year college career at LSU, Chark recorded 66 receptions for 1,351 yards receiving (20.5 YPC) and six touchdowns to go along with 25 rushing attempts, 264 yards (10.6 YPC) and four touchdowns. As a punt returner, he had 190 return yards on 18 attempts (10.6 YPR) and two touchdowns.
