Jets Sign WR Damore’ea Stringfellow To Practice Squad, Cut LB Frank Beltre

The New York Jets officially signed WR Damore’ea Stringfellow to their practice squad on Friday and released LB Frank Beltre from the unit.

The Jets’ practice squad now consists of:

  1. OL Ben Braden
  2. CB Xavier Coleman
  3. DL Deon Simon (Exception)
  4. CB Terrell Sinkfield
  5. OL Geoff Gray
  6. WR JoJo Natson
  7. OLB Freddie Bishop
  8. RB Marcus Murphy (Exception)
  9. DL Lawrence Thomas
  10. WR Damore’ea Stringfellow

Stringfellow, 22, originally signed on with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of Ole Miss. Miami waived him last week as they trimmed their roster down to the 53-man limit.

The Jets claimed him off waivers from the Dolphins but waived him three days later.

During his three-year college career, Stringfellow recorded 102 receptions for 1,478 yards receiving (14.5 YPC) and 12 touchdowns.
