Calvin Watkins via Twitter reports that the Cowboys have signed FB Lawrence Vickers to a two-year contract.
Josh Ellis mentions that Vickers is “a guy the Cowboys have liked for a while” which was a strong indication that he wasn’t going to leave without a contract.
Now that Vickers has been signed, restricted free agent FB Tony Fiammetta has become disposable after they were unable to agree to a long-term deal.
