Webb, 33, is a former sixth-round pick of the Vikings back in 2010. After four years in Minnesota, Webb signed a two-year deal with the Panthers and has served as a receiver and a backup quarterback.
Carolina brought Webb back on a two-year contract back in 2016 before releasing him at the start of 2017. The Bills later signed him to a contract and he finished out the year in Buffalo.
The Texans signed Webb to a contract in 2018 but elected to release him as they trimmed their roster down to 53 players and re-sign him to avoid guaranteeing his salary. He re-signed as an unrestricted free agent for the 2019 season.
In 2017, Webb appeared in all 16 games for the Bills and completed two of seven pass attempts for 35 yards, no touchdowns and an interception. He also rushed for 54 yards on eight carries.
Martin, 26, is a former third-round pick of the 49ers back in 2014. After three seasons in San Francisco, the 49ers waived Martin in 2017 and he was later claimed off of waivers by the Browns.
The Cowboys signed Martin to a contract in 2018 only to place him on injured reserve in August. He signed a one-year deal with the Seahawks for the 2019 season.
In 2016, Martin appeared in five games for the 49ers.
