Jason La Canfora of NFL.com reported earlier this morning that Lions QB Matthew Stafford did not have setback regarding the lower leg injury that he suffered during last weeks game and should be available for Sunday’s game against the Denver Broncos.
Good news for the Lions as they’re coming off of two straight home losses and will be up against the Tim Tebow’s this weekend. The Packers are starting to pull away in the division and Chicago is sitting a game back so it’s very important that they come away with a win this weekend if they plan on making a run at the playoffs.
