Cardinals new HC Kliff Kingsbury said Friday he views second-year QB Josh Rosen as a building block for the organization.

There has been a lot of speculation about the Cardinals possibly drafting Kyler Murray at No. 1 overall.

He needs to understand we are in this together and I want him to know he kind of has the keys to the castle and let’s build this deal as a group,” Kingsbury said. “Make sure he is comfortable with what we are doing, if he doesn’t like something that is going on with this offense or the way I’m coaching it, let’s talk about it and come up with the best answer. • Adam Schefter reports that Penn State assistant coach Phil Galiano is joining the Saints as an assistant special teams coach.
