Bears
- The Chicago Bears announced Tuesday that theyโve Chris Jackson as a defensive assistant coach.
Cardinals
There has been a lot of speculation about the Cardinals considering Oklahoma QB Kyler Murray with the No. 1 overall pick, given that his new agent, Erik Burkhardt, also represents Cardinals HC Kliff Kingsbury.
However, Cardinals owner Michael Bidwill says theyโre focused on building upon the foundation they currently have in place including QB Josh Rosen.
โJosh is a smart guy, heโs been around and heโs seen what happens year in and year out,โ Bidwill said in an interview on 98.7 Arizona Sports, via AzCardinals.com. โThereโs always a lot of speculation that turns out to not be true.
โBut moving forward, weโre going to continue to build this team and build around the foundation that we have.โ

Seahawks
-
Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times expects S Earl Thomas to depart in free agency and target a contract that will pay him between $10-$14 million per year.
-
Regarding DE Frank Clark, Condotta would be surprised if the Seahawks didnโt franchise him if theyโre unable to reach an agreement on a long-term deal.
-
Condotta thinks the Seahawks are leaving the door open to LB K.J. Wright returning, but itโs likely heโll at least see whatโs out there in free agency.
-
Condotta expects Seattle to retain at least one of D.J. Fluker and J.R. Sweezy.
