Lions

• Buccaneers Southeast scout Brian Hudspeth is being hired by the Lions as a national scout. (Jenna Laine)
• Lions claimed OL Adam Bisnowaty off of waivers from the Giants. (NFLTR)
• Lions waived OL Brett Kendrick.
• Lions signed third-round S Tracy Walker to a four-year deal.
• Lions placed TE Brandon Barnes on injured reserve after clearing waivers. (NFLTR)

Packers

• Neil Stratton reports that the Packers are hiring Browns area scout Patrick Moore for an undisclosed position.
• Packers signed first-round CB Jaire Alexander to a four-year contract. (NFLTR)

Redskins

• According to Ian Rapoport, Redskins OL Arie Kouandjio will undergo surgery later this week to repair a partially torn quad following an MRI and a second opinion.
• Rapoport says that a specific recovery time for Kouandjio will be determined after surgery and depend on the damage. However, it’s clear that this injury will cost him “several” months.

Vikings

Vikings veteran DE Brian Robison announced Monday that he’ll be returning for his 12th year in the NFL.
