Bears

• Bears fired HC Lovie Smith (NFLTR)
• Lovie Smith is reportedly “ready to coach in 2013.” (Ian Rapoport)
• Bears have already requested permission to interview Broncos OC Mike McCoy for their head coaching vacancy. (NFLTR)
• Falcons special teams coordinator Keith Armstrong will interview with the Bears for head coach job. (Michael C. Wright)
• LB Brian Urlacher mentioned that he intends on playing again next season. (ESPN Chicago)
• Devin Hester mentioned that he’s considering retirement.  (Chicago Tribune)
• Bears sign: WR Dale Moss, Gs Derek Dennis and Chris Riley, CB Isaiah Frey, TE Gabe Miller, and DE Aston Whiteside to reserve/future contracts.

Bills

• The Buffalo Bills have fired head coach Chan Gailey after three years with the team. (NFLTR)
  
• Bills sign: RB Zach Brown, OT Adam Grant, DE Corbin Bryant, DT Jarron Gilbert, and LB Brian Smith to reserve/future contracts.

Browns

• Browns fired head coach Pat Shurmur and GM Tom Heckert on Monday. (NFLTR)
• Cardinals vice president of player personnel Steve Keim could be an option for the Browns GM job. (Jason Cole)
  
• Falcons OC Dirk Koetter will interview with the Browns at some point this week. (NFLTR)

Cardinals

• The Cardinals fired both HC Ken Whisenhunt and GM Rod Graves. (NFLTR)

• The San Diego Chargers announced that head coach Norv Turner and GM A.J. Smith have been fired. (NFLTR)
• Chargers hire Ron Wolf as a consultant to help lead the GM and coach searches (Albert Breer)

Chiefs

• Chiefs have been granted permission to interview Falcons OC Dirk Koetter on Tuesday. (Chris Mortensen)

•  Cowboys signed CB Brandon Underwood to reserve/future contract.
  

Dolphins

• Reggie Bush told reporters that he wants to re-sign with the Dolphins on Sunday. (Miami Herald)

Eagles

• The Philadelphia Eagles finally parted ways with head coach Andy Reid on Monday. (NFLTR)
• Falcons OC Dirk Koetter will interview with the Browns at some point this week.  (NFLTR)
• Eagles sign: WR B.J. Cunningham, DT Ronnie Cameron, TE Derek Carrier, LB Marcus Dowtin, OL Matt Reynolds, G Julian Vandervelde, and CB Eddie Whitley to reserve/future contracts.

Falcons

• Falcons OC Dirk Koetter will interview with the Chiefs, Browns and Eagles regarding their head coach vacancies at some point this week. (NFLTR)

• Jaguars have asked permission to interview 49ers director of player personnel Tom Gamble for their GM opening. (Adam Schefter)

Jets

• Jets have fired GM Mike Tannenbaum. (NFLTR)
• The Jets asked for permission to interview Giants director of college scouting Marc Ross for their GM job. (Kimberly Jones)

Ravens

• Ravens assistant GM Eric DeCosta released a statement saying that he intends to remain with the Ravens and will decline requests to interview for other teams. (Jason La Canfora)

• Titans will retain head coach Mike Munchak for next season, despite what was another disappointing season for the team. (NFLTR)
