Mike Triplett of the New Orleans Times-Picayune reports that the New Orleans Saints have signed DT Shaun Rogers to a one-year contract.
The Saints are in serious need of help in the middle of their defensive line which makes the addition of Rogers seem like a logical move. He has shown to be more athletic than anyone would have assumed but there are questions about his effectiveness. Overall I see the move as a positive for New Orleans.
