According to Jason Cole of the Bleacher Report, the San Francisco have expressed concerns about QB Colin Kaepernick‘s offseason workouts with former NFL QB Kurt Warner.
One of the concerns for San Francisco is that they weren’t able to be present for the workouts given that the CBA prevents them from working with their players during the offseason.
New HC Jim Tomsula reportedly wanted to send their QBs coach Steve Logan to Arizona to observe the workouts, but GM Trent Baalke decided to not take a chance of violating the CBA rules.
Bengals
Bengals HC Marvin Lewis told reporters on Tuesday that LB Vontaze Burfict has a “long ways to go” in his recovery from knee surgery.
โVontaze will be in rehab all the way through the summer,โย Lewis said, via Paul Dehner Jr. of the Cincinnati Enquirer. โSo heโs got a long ways to go. He had surgery in January. Thatโs a surgery that takes a bit. Heโs trying to beat the odds and do it quicker, but heโs got a lot of work to do. Itโs part of the injury.โ

Titans second-round WRย Dorial Green-Beckham re-aggravated a hamstring strain on Tuesday and couldย miss OTAs for the remainder of this week.
“He felt a little pull,” Whisenhunt said, via The Tennessean. “You walk that line of saying, `Okay, get back in there.’ But if you pull it, you lose him for all the OTAs.
