Chargers

• Despite losing Ryan Mathews and Danny Woodhead to injuries, the Chargers still plan on calling runs to mix things up on offense. (Michael Gehlken)

Cowboys

• Rich Cimini of ESPN New York brings up a great point about why the Cowboys are unlikely to trade CB Morris Claiborne, which is that it would actually cost them more in terms of cap space to deal him.

Jets

• Rich Cimini of ESPN New York doesn’t see the Jets trading for Cowboys CB Morris Claiborne, nor does he believe the former first-round pick will be dealt to any team.
• Cimini doesn’t see the Jets trading for a receiver either.

Ravens
