Adrian Peterson

• Charles Robinson lists the Cardinals as the No. 1 option for Adrian Peterson should he leave the Vikings followed by: the Colts, Cowboys, Buccaneers, and Chargers.

Darrelle Revis

• No surprise, but Charles Robinson reports that CB Darrelle Revis is down to either the Patriots or the Jets.

Broncos

Mike Klis of the Denver Post confirms reports that the Jaguars are closing in on a deal with Broncos free agent TE Julius Thomas.

Interestingly enough, Klis mentions that the Broncos never reached out to discuss a new contract with Thomas this offseason.

Cowboys

• Charles Robinson reiterates that RB DeMarco Murray would have to take less to return to the Cowboys next season.
• Dallas reportedly unwilling to commit to the big-money contract that LeSean McCoy and Marshawn Lynch recently received.

Packers

• Tom Silverstein reports that the Packers will not re-sign backup QB Matt Flynn now that they’ve signed Scott Tolzien to a one-year contract.
• Silverstein adds that Green Bay will likely add a young quarterback.
