Bears

• The Bears officially ruled out C Roberto Garza, LB Shea McClellin, CB Sherrick McManis, DT Jeremiah Ratliff and G Matt Slauson.
• WR Brandon Marshall did not practice on Friday and is questionable for Sunday’s game.

Bills

• WR Mike Williams was fined $11,025 for repeated uniform violations.

Chargers

• TE Ladarius Green (hamstring) did not practice on Friday. (Michael Gehlken)

Colts

• ILB Jerrell Freeman (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 4.

Jets

• HC Rex Ryan “feels like” WR Eric Decker (hamstring) will be able to play against the Lions this Sunday. (Manish Mehta)
• CB Dee Milliner (quad) did no practice on Friday and is not expected to play in Week 4. (Rich Cimini)

Ravens

• Ravens rule out rookie DT Timmy Jernigan and LT Eugene Monroe for Sunday’s game.

Texans

• HC Bill O’Brien said RB Arian Foster (hamstring) is still a game-time decision. (Drew Dougherty)

Vikings
