• The Bears announced that they have signed WR Greg Herd to their practice squad and terminated the contract of DT Roy Philon.

Cardinals

• The Kansas City Chiefs announced WR Dwayne Bowe will return to the 53-man roster from the suspension list Tuesday.
• The Chiefs announced that LB Jerry Franklin will be elevated from the practice squad to the 53-man roster.
• The Chiefs placed LB Derrick Johnson and DL Mike DeVito on injured reserved.

Redskins
