Bills

• According to Joe Buscaglia, E.J. Manuel really stood out during Thursday’s minicamp practice for the Bills.
• Buscaglia mentions that Cyrus Kouandjio is well ahead of Seantrel Henderson, as he took every single rep at right tackle with the first-team offense.
• Bills CB Mario Butler, WR Justin Brown, and WR Caleb Holley also stood out during the session.

Eagles

• Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer mentions that the Eagles had Walter Thurmond, Malcolm Jenkins, Byron Maxwell and Nolan Carroll lining up as their first-team seconday in practice.
  According to McLane, Darren Sproles has lined up at receiver from time to time, but has had a quiet camp overall.

Falcons

• Falcons HC Dan Quinn wouldn’t comment about the possibility of them pursuing free agent G Evan Mathis. (D. Orlando Ledbetter)

Jaguars

Jaguars QB Blake Bortles mentioned that second-year WR Allen Robinson has been “unbelievable” during the team’s offseason workouts.

“He’s been unbelievable,” Bortles said, via the Associated Press. “He’s definitely a threat now in the red zone. … He’s physical. He can run and do everything out in the open field, so he’s been fun to throw to.”
