According to Fenno, without Adelson involved, there isn’t a deal for the Raiders.
The Raiders previously presented to the NFL upon applying for relocation earlier this month information centered around Goldman Sachs financing the project without Adelson.
While this clearly isn’t a great development for the Raiders’ Las Vegas hopes, Ian Rapoport points out that there is no real deadline for a deal between the team and Sheldon Adelson and it’s still possible they could reach an agreement at some point.
