Broncos
WR Emmanuel Sanders may not play for the remainder of the preseason as he is still recovering from a hamstring injury that he sustained during warm ups for the preseason opener on Aug. 14.
“The expectations are for him to maybe be on the field [for practice] by the end of the week or beginning of next week,” said HCย Gary Kubiak, via Jeff Legwold of ESPN. “We have good news on him and weโre doing everything we can to get him ready for our opening weekend, basically.”
At this point in time, Sanders is not believed to be at risk of missing Week 1 of the regular season.
Panthers
- HC Ron Rivera said that DT Star Lotulelei is “right on track” to return from a foot injury in time for the regular season opener.
Rams
- With RB Todd Gurley being medically cleared from a torn ACL on Monday, he participated in team drills with the first-team on Tuesday. (Nick Wagoner)
