Colts

Colts HC Chuck Pagano said they plan to “take it day-to-day” regarding QB Andrew Luck‘s shoulder injury.

“He was trending in the right direction throughout the course of the week,” Pagano said, via Indy Sports Central. “We were going to evaluate him, see how he felt. Just wasn’t ready.”

Pagano also mentioned that they decided to hold Luck out today after he didn’t have the arm strength required to play.

Andrew woke up this morning and wasn’t quite there and didn’t have the arm strength and all that stuff,’’ Pagano said. “We decided to go with Matt.’’

Packers

Packers WR Davante Adams mentioned that he intends to be “smart” with his injured ankle.

“I’m just trying to pretty much take it day-by-day,” Adams said, via Packers News. “The last thing I want to do is – I came back last time and re-aggravated it so I’m just trying to be smart.”

  • Redskins TE Jordan Reed was been diagnosed with concussion and is in NFL’s Concussion protocol.

Saints

Texans

  • Adam Caplan reports that Texans WR Cecil Shorts sustained a left shoulder dislocation towards the end of Sunday’s game.
