Colts

• David Newton of ESPN believes the Panthers will wait until 2015 to extend QB Cam Newton and that the franchise tag could be a suitable option if he struggles to perform.
• DT Star Lotulelei will not play in Week 13 due to an ankle injury.
• OL Amini Silatolu will not play in Week 13 due to a knee injury.

Raiders

• Raiders placed CB Carlos Rogers on the season-ending injured reserve due to a knee injury. (Scott Bair)

Saints

• Mike Triplett of ESPN believes RB Khiry Robinson could start for New Orleans in 2015, while RB Mark Ingram could enter the free agent market if his price demand is too high.

Titans

• Paul Kuharsky of ESPN does not consider free agent RB Ray Rice an option for Tennessee.
• Paul Kuharsky of ESPN wrote that RB Shonn Greene, OT Michael Oher and LB Wesley Woodyard could all potentially be cut at the end of the season.
