Expired Practice Squad Contracts

Browns

• Tony Grossi reports that former Baylor HC Art Briles is not a candidate to join Browns HC Hue Jackson‘s coaching staff.
• Browns announced they will not retain the following assistant coaches: DBs coach Louie Cioffi, ILBs coach Johnny Holland, OL coach Hal Hunter, assistant DBs coach Cannon Matthews, and OLBs coach Ryan Slowik.

Dolphins

• Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald writes that Florida LB Jarrad Davis and UCLA OLB Takkarist McKinley are two players the Dolphins should consider selecting with their No. 22 overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft.

Jaguars

• Jaguars fired seven assistant coaches on Tuesday including WRs coach Jerry Sullivan, assistant WRs coach Tony Sorrentino, DBs coach DeWayne Walker, LBs coach Robert Saleh, assistant LBs coach Scottie Hazelton, assistant DL coach Aaron Whitecotton and assistant DBs coach Daniel Bullocks. Raiders

• John Middlekauff reports the Raiders will not retain DBs coach Marcus Robertson this offseason.
• Impending free agent RB Latavius Murray expressed his interest in re-signing with the Raiders: “Wanna stay & finish what I started, looking forward to winning a championship with these guys,” per SiriusXM NFL Radio.

Ravens

• According to Jeff Zrebiec, Ravens GM Ozzie Newsome is not ruling out signing a veteran wide receiver this offseason.
