NFL Notes: Ezekiel Elliott, Packers, Vikings

On Friday, Ezekiel Elliott‘s legal team announced that they’ve informed a New York judge that they intend to file a petition for a rehearing before the full 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.

This would allow Elliott to delay serving his six-game suspension. Elliott is hoping to keep the case in Texas/New Orleans while the NFL would prefer to move the case to New York.

Packers

• The Green Bay Packers officially ruled out S Morgan Burnett (hamstring) for Sunday’s game against the Vikings and have OLB Ahmad Brooks (back) and CB Kevin King (concussion) both down as doubtful.
• LT David Bakhtiari, RT Bryan Bulaga, CB Davon House and RB Ty Montgomery are all listed as questionable.

Vikings

• Vikings HC Mike Zimmer announced Friday that QB Sam Bradford and WR Stefon Diggs are both out for Sunday’s game against the Packers. (Tom Pelissero)
