Leighton Vander Esch

  • James Palmer reports that Boise State LB Leighton Vander Esch had a meeting over dinner with the Steelers on Monday and will have an official visit with the Cowboys on Wednesday.
  • Palmer adds that Vander Esch has visited the Saints and Eagles and will visit every team from No. 12 to No. 26 overall except the Ravens, Rams, and Chargers.
  • According to Ian Rapoport, Vander Esch is scheduled to meet with the Cardinals this week.


  • Fordham OL Anthony Coyle has an official visit set up with the Texans and is also has a private workout set with the Falcons. (Tony Pauline)

  • Mike Jones reports that the Raiders hosted Louisville CB Jaire Alexander for an official pre-draft visit on Tuesday. Jones adds that Alexander has previously met with the Panthers.
  • Mizzou G Adam Ploudre will workout with the Chiefs on Friday at their local prospect day. (Adam Schiffer)
  • According to Jenna Laine, N.C. State RB Nyheim Hines worked out privately for Buccaneers OC Todd Monken after his Pro Day workout in March.
  • The Saints recently had a private visit with Nebraska DB Joshua Kalu. (Josh Katzenstein)
