Redskins

According to CSN Mid-Atlantic, expectations are “sky high” for 2015 first-round OL Brandon Scherff entering his second year in the NFL.

Redskins OC Sean McVay said he views Scherff as a player on the rise

โ€œWell, the thing thatโ€™s encouraging about Brandon is when you look at what he was able to accomplish last year, first time transitioning inside to playing guard, and I thought he showed continuous improvement throughout the course of the year,โ€ McVay said earlier this month. โ€œHeโ€™s a conscientious guy โ€“ really tough. I think he competes well in both phases โ€“ excellent athleticism.โ€
