NFL Rumors: Draft, Browns, Cowboys, Giants

Draft

• Teams have some questions about LSU RB Derrius Guice’s maturity, according to Albert Breer, which could explain why he’s fallen to round two.
• Michigan DL Maurice Hurst is dropping because of the heart condition that was discovered at the Combine. Teams that have spoken to Albert Breer have said that they’d be surprised if he goes in the second round.

Browns

• According to Albert Breer, the Browns will likely address the running back and offensive line spots at No. 33 and 35 overall.
• Breer says that Georgia BR Nick Chubb is worth keeping an eye on for the Browns along with offensive linemen Nevada’s Austin Corbett and Texas’ Connor Williams.
• Jordan Schultz reports that the Browns plans to make the No. 33 pick, even though they’ve gotten trade interest for it.

Cowboys

• Albert Breer isn’t ruling out the possibility that the Cowboys target South Dakota State TE Dallas Goedert or Penn State TE Mike Gesicki in round two.

Giants

• Albert Breer expects the Giants to take an offensive lineman at No. 34 overall.
• Breer tosses out UTEP G Will Hernandez as a good fit for the Giants.
