Eagles

  • Eagles HC Doug Pederson also made it clear that Sam Bradford is their No. 1 quarterback with Chase Daniel operating as their No. 2 option. (Tom Pelissero)

Falcons

Giants

  • Giants HC Ben McAdoo says a full offseason of training should help DE Jason Pierre-Paul. “I like the look in his eye. He has a chip on his shoulder.” (Dan Graziano)
  • McAdoo said “we’ll see” what the effect of postseason surgery will have on Pierre-Paul’s ability to use his damaged hand. (Dan Graziano)
  • McAdoo mentioned that they aren’t giving up on RB Andre Williams: “No one’s going to outwork him.” (Dan Graziano)
  • According to McAdoo, they’re going to play it “smart” with WR Victor Cruz this spring and summer as he tries to come back back-to-back injury filled seasons. (Jordan Raanan)

Lions

  • Lions HC Jim Caldwell said he has no doubt that LB DeAndre Levy will return to form: “There’s no question he’s going to help us tremendously.” (Kyle Meinke)
  • Caldwell mentioned that Riley Reiff played well for them last season, and remains team’s starting left tackle. (Kyle Meinke)
  • Caldwell firmly believes Marvin Jones is capable of being a No. 1 receiver: “All you have to do is look at him…Without question Marvin is totally capable.” (Jim Owczarski)
  • Caldwell mentioned RB Ameer Abdullah as the most obvious candidate to take a big step in 2016: “If there’s anybody that’s going to improve, he’s going to improve.” (Kyle Meinke)
