The Green Bay Packers officially placed WR Equanimeous St. Brown on injured reserve Saturday with a knee injury.
The Packers also promoted TE John Lovett and DL Willington Previlon to their active roster for Sunday’s game against the Lions.
It’s worth mentioning that the NFL changed the rules regarding injured reserve for the 2020 season and players can return from the list in just three weeks.
St. Brown, 24, is a former sixth-round pick of the Packers back in 2018. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $2.6 million contract.
In 2018, St. Brown appeared in 12 games for the Packers and caught 21 passes for 238 yards receiving and no touchdowns. He also rushed for five yards on one carry.
