Demovsky does, however, say that this isn’t considered a season-ending issue for Martin.

The Packers will likely place Martin on injured reserve in the coming days.

Martin, 21, was a three-year starter at Minnesota and was an Honorable Mention All-Big Ten before being selected by the Packers in the fifth round.

Martin signed a four-year deal worth $3,566,063 that includes a signing bonus of $271,063.

During his four-year career at Minnesota, Martin appeared in 45 games and recorded 177 tackles, three and a half sacks, four forced fumbles, and four interceptions.
