Packers Tender Offer To ERFA WR Geronimo Allison

The Green Bay Packers have tendered an offer to exclusive rights free agent WR Geronimo Allison on Wednesday, ensuring he’ll be back with the team for the 2018 season, according to Rob Demovsky.

Allison, 24, wound up signing on with the Packers as an undrafted free agent out of Illinois back in May of last year. He was unable to make the 53-man roster coming out of the preseason but was later signed to their practice squad and eventually promoted to their active roster after Green Bay sustained some injuries at receiver.

The Packers brought Allison back on a one-year, $615,000 exclusive rights last year.

In 2017, Allison appeared in 15 games for the Packers and caught 23 passes for 253 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
