The Carolina Panthers announced Monday that they’ve signed TE Ethan Wolf to a one-year contract.
Wolf took part in the Panthers’ rookie minicamp on a tryout basis and it appears as though he was impressive enough to earn an offer from the team.
Wolf, 23, originally signed on with the Titans as an undrafted free agent out of Tennessee back in May of last year. He was, unfortunately, waived at the start the season.
The Packers would later sign Wolf to their practice squad before releasing him this past January.
During his college career at Tennessee, Wolf caught 91 passes for 996 yards receiving and seven touchdowns over the course of four seasons and 44 games.
