Jordan Schultz reports that the Panthers are signing OLB Luiji Vilain off of the Vikings’ practice squad on Tuesday.
Vilain, 25, wound up going undrafted out of Wake Forest back in 2022. He later signed a rookie contract with the Vikings.
Vilain made the 53-man roster as a rookie, but was waived coming out of the preseason this year and later re-signed to the Vikings’ practice squad.
In 2022, Vilain appeared in three games for the Vikings and recorded four tackles.
