The New England Patriots have signed DT Casey Walker to a contract on Friday, according to the NFL transactions release.
Walker, 25, originally signed on with the Panthers as an undrafted free agent out of back in 2013. He lasted just over a year in Carolina before he waived and later signed by the Patriots.
The Ravens signed him off of the Patriots’ practice squad in December of last year and extended him an exclusive rights tender. However, they placed him on waivers a little over a week ago.
In 2014, Walker appeared in six games and recorded 11 tackles and a sack for the Ravens.
