Mike Reiss of ESPN reports that theย Patriots signed second-round CB Duke Dawson to a four-year contract on Wednesday.

Dawson was selected with the No. 56 overall pick in the second round after the Patriots traded up with the Buccaneers.ย According to OverTheCap.com, he receives a four-year, $4,704,282 contract that includes a $1,501,296 signing bonus.
During his four-year college career at Florida, Dawson recorded 81 tackles, 6.5 tackles for a loss, six interceptions, three defensive touchdowns, 17 pass defenses and two forced fumbles.
