Philadelphia Eagles Pursuing DT Fletcher Cox?

Sports Illustrated draft analyst Tony Pauline reports that the Philadelphia Eagles’ target, if they trade up to the top ten picks in the draft, would be Mississippi State DT Fletcher Cox, citing “several sources”.

The Eagles have shown interest in Texas A&M quarterback Ryan Tannehill, having hosted a private workout for him. Cox also worked out for Philadelphia.

One spot that the Eagles could move into is #7, which is currently occupied by the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Jaguars are apparently looking to trade down, and any team looking to move up to that spot is most likely looking to draft a high-caliber pass rusher or Tannehill.
