Pro Football Talk reports that Redskins have sign 49ers WR Josh Morgan to a five-year deal that’s worth up to $12 million with $7.5 million guaranteed.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Redskins are close to signing Eddie Royal as well.

According to Grant Paulsen, WR Eddie Royal and the Redskins agree to terms on a contract. This signing means that the Redskins now have signed three receivers in one day.
This gives the Redskins a deep group of receivers for their QB next season.

WR Pierre Garcon signs a contract with the Redskins which will pair Garcon with WR Santana Moss in the coming season. It has been known that the Redskins would target a WR in free agency this year in order to give their #2 overall pick which is presumably Robert Griffin III, another weapon to work with for this coming season.
The news comes from a Facebook status from Garcon saying that “I will be signing with the Washington Redskins and I’m very excited about the opportunity in front of me”

Well if that’s true then I guess Reggie and Manning will be a packaged deal, if only because it feels like Peyton will want AT LEAST one of his already taught WR’s in house to teach the others what he expects, like how Harrison taught Wayne and Wayne taught Garcon (and Collie).
