On Thursday night, the Chiefs shockingly agreed to trade QB Alex Smith to the Redskins, which means Washington is officially moving on from Kirk Cousins and will allow him to sign with a new team.
You can expect a number of quarterback-needy teams to be in on Cousins and it’s possible he could come close to or even top Matthew Stafford’s record contract this offseason.
Some of the teams to watch for Cousins include the Bills, Browns, Broncos, Jaguars, Jets, Cardinals and Vikings among others.
