Raiders Place CB Leon Hall On IR, Sign DB Montrel Meander Off Browns’ PS

The Oakland Raiders announced Friday that they’ve placed CB Leon Hall (back) on injured reserve and signed DB Montrel Meander off of the Browns’ practice squad on Friday.

Hall, 33, is a former first-round pick of the Bengals back in 2007. He spent nine years of his NFL career with the Bengals before signing a one-year contract with the Giants for the 2016 season.

Hall was on and off of the 49ers’ roster last season but managed to finish out the year in San Francisco. The Raiders signed him to a one-year contract this past March.

In 2018, Hall appeared in 10 games and recorded 25 tackles, no interceptions and three pass defenses.
