It’s unclear if Ferrell and Joyner have tested positive or are close contacts of someone who has. That would affect how long they’ll stay on the list.

Ferrell, 23, was selected by the Raiders with the No. 4 overall pick out of Clemson in 2019. He’s in the second year of a four-year, $31,360,824 rookie contract that included $20,827,872 signing bonus.

In 2020, Ferrell has appeared in nine games for the Raiders and recorded 19 total tackles, no sacks and two pass defenses.

Joyner, 29, is a former second-round pick of the Rams back in 2014. He played out the final year of his rookie contract before receiving the Rams’ franchise tag in 2018.

Joyner made a salary of $11,287,000 fully guaranteed for the 2018 season and was testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent when he signed a four-year, $42 million deal with the Raiders.

In 2020, Joyner has appeared in nine games for the Raiders and recorded 46 tackles, no sacks, interceptions or forced fumbles and three pass defenses. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 86 cornerbac out of 120 qualifying players.
