Raiders Sign Third-Round DE Eddie Vanderdoes

The Oakland Raiders announced that they’ve signed third-round DE Eddie Vanderdoes to a four-year rookie contract.

Vanderdoes was one of three unsigned draft picks for the Raiders including first-round CB Gareon Conley and second-round S Obi Melifonwu.

Vanderdoes, 22, was selected by the Raiders with the No. 88 overall pick. According to OverTheCap.com, Vanderdoes will receive a four-year contract worth $3,161,212, which includes a signing bonus of $761,212.

During his four-year college career at UCLA,  Vanderdoes recorded 122 total tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss, four sacks, two fumble recoveries, and two forced fumbles.
