Rams Hire Jedd Fisch As Senior Offensive Assistant

The Los Angeles Rams have hired former UCLA offensive coordinator Jedd Fisch as their new senior offensive assistant on Wednesday, according to Adam Schefter.

The Falcons actually interviewed Fisch for their QBs coaching position before hiring Greg Knapp in recent days.

Fisch, 41, began his NFL coaching career with the Texans back in 2001 as their defensive quality control coach. He had brief stints with the Ravens, Broncos and Seahawks before being hired by the Jaguars as their offensive coordinator back in 2013.

After two seasons in Jacksonville, he was hired and later took a position at the University of Michigan as their QBs/WRs coach. Last year, UCLA hired him as their offensive coordinator/QBs coach before he took over for Jim Mora Jr after he was fired in November.
