Rams Release G Garrett Reynolds From I.R. With Settlement

The Los Angeles Rams officially released G Garrett Reynolds from injured reserve with an injury settlement on Friday.

Reynolds, 27, is a former fifth-round pick of the Falcons back in 2009. He spent the first five years of his career in Atlanta before he was released in February of 2014.

The Lions later signed him to a contract, but Reynolds ultimately lasted less than a year in Detroit. The Rams elected to sign Reynolds to a two-year, $2.2 million in March of last year.

He was set to make a base salary of $1.05 million for the 2016 season.

In 2015, Reynolds appeared in all 16 games for the Rams.
