The Baltimore Ravens announced Tuesday that they’ve placed officially LB Bam Bradley and G Marshal Yanda on injured reserve.
- The Ravens also promoted OL Matt Skura and signed OT Dieugot Joseph.
Both moves were expected to come today, as this gives the Ravens a few roster spots to add some players to their roster.
Losing Yanda to a fractured ankle is terrible news for the Ravens, who have already dealt with a number of key injuries this season. Yanda is among the best interior offensive linemen in the NFL and won’t be easily replaced.
Yanda, 33, is a former third-round pick of the Ravens back in 2007. He’s currently in the third year of his five-year, $34.14 million contract that included $17.8 million guaranteed and stands to make base salaries of $6 million and $7 million over the next two years.
Yanda’s 2017 season ends with him appearing in two games.
