Ravens Re-Signing QB David Fales To Practice Squad, Cut TE Austin Traylor

The Baltimore Ravens announced Saturday that they’ve re-signed QB David Fales to their practice squad and released TE Austin Traylor from the unit.

The Ravens’ practice squad now consists of:

  1. DE Kapron Lewis-Moore
  2. C Matt Skura
  3. WR/KR Keenan Reynolds
  4. OLB Brennen Beyer
  5. WR Kenny Bell
  6. WR Michael Campanaro
  7. G Jarell Broxton
  8. CB Robertson Daniel
  9. G Jarrod Pughsley
  10. QB David Fales

Fales, 25, was taken in the sixth-round of the Bears back in 2014. He was unable to make the 53-man roster coming out of the season during his rookie season and bounced on and off Chicago’s practice squad before becoming one of their final roster cuts this year.

Fales has been on and off of the Ravens’ practice squad throughout the season.

He has yet to appear in an NFL game.

Traylor, 23, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of Wisconsin. He was unfortunately waived during the team’s final roster cuts before later being added to their practice squad.

Dallas elected to cut Traylor loose a few weeks into the regular season and the Chargers later signed him to their practice squad before placing him on waivers close to a month ago. He recently had a brief stint with the Patriots.

The Ravens decided to sign Traylor to their practice squad last week.

During his college career at Wisconsin, Traylor caught 17 passes for 234 yards receiving and four touchdowns.
