The Redskins are signing P Sam Irwin-Hill to a contract on Thursday, according to his agent David Canter.

Irwin-Hill will provide some competition for Tress Way at punter this summer.
Irwin-Hill, 27, wound up signing on with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of Arkansas back in April of last year. He was, unfortunately, waived at the start of the 2017 season.
During his college career at Arkansas, Irwin-Hill totaled 4,365 punt yards on 104 attempts (42 YPA) over the course of two seasons and 25 games.
